Submission of papers

This year we are using EasyChair submission system again, so if you are submitting for the first time, please read carefully following instructions if you are an author of a paper

  1. In the first step, you will have to submit just the PDF file of the paper first (without the Supervisor agreement), before July 28th, 2020.
  2. The PDF file will be checked by a person from your department for any quality issues and you will be notified if there are any, and you will be asked to upload a corrected version in that case.
  3. Once the paper is successfully checked and it is possible to include it in the proceedings, you will be notified to upload a final version including the supervisor's agreement and paper source to the final proceedings (you will be given a new role - Proceedings Author). Once notified, please upload the final version as soon as possible, by August 14th, 2020, at the latest.
