Submission of papers

This year, there is a change to the WOFEX 2019 submission process, so please read carefully following instructions if you are an author of a paper

1. We are using EasyChair for paper submission, which means you will have to submit just the PDF file of the paper first (without the Supervisor agreement), before July 30th, 2019.
2. The PDF file will be checked by a person from your department for any quality issues and you will be notified if there are any, and you will be asked to upload a corrected version in that case.
3. Once the paper is successfully checked and it is possible to include it in the proceedings, you will be notified to upload a final version including the supervisor's agreement and paper source to the final proceedings (you will be given a new role - Proceedings Author). After that, please upload the final version as soon as possible, by August 30th, 2019, at the latest.
